Sogne Strategies Norway AS (“Sogne Strategies”, the “Capital Raising Advisor” or the “Facilitator”) has been appointed by one or more Alternative Investment Managers (each, a “Manager” and, together with their affiliates, the “Investment Entities”) to act as a capital-raising advisor and placement intermediary in connection with the offering of interests in Alternative Investment Funds (the “Funds”).

Sogne Strategies does not provide MiFID-regulated investment services such as investment advice, portfolio management, or personalised recommendations based on an investor’s objectives, financial situation, or investment profile. Nothing provided by Sogne Strategies should be interpreted as investment advice, a personal recommendation, or a solicitation to enter into any transaction.

All materials distributed by Sogne Strategies—including teasers, pitch decks, investment highlights, and similar introductory information—are provided for informational purposes only. Such materials are preliminary in nature, may be incomplete, and are provided subject to and qualified in their entirety by the Manager’s final offering documents, subscription documents, and any other applicable Fund documentation.
